PHYSICAL
Fey is perhaps a little out of the ordinary for the general population. He's long and lean, dusky grey-blue skin pulled over a delicate frame. A slim face, sharp cheek points and a pointed chin are offset by a small mouth with plush lips, blow is a white tattoo line that goes down his chin and to the middle of his chest that branches out along to his shoulders. A small dainty nose and wide sea foam green eyes framed by dark lashes that contrast with his pale whiteblue hair that neatly reaches his hips. The most unusual thing about him is his wings. They fold backwards to his back and he's had to modify just about every piece of clothing he owns for them. Two at the top fold down and he has two smaller wings at his lower back that he usually just leaves in his shirt, they are small and unintrusive. 

Mostly, Fey is slim and delicate looking but is in fact, not delicate at all.

PERSONALITY
Feyriel is... Angry?

He has a bit of a temper and his first reaction to most things is 'anger'. Being embarrassed gets him angry. Being angry makes him angry. Sad? Angry. Feyriel seems to have a lot of unprocessed anger and while it takes a while for him to get past the anger to the 'embarrassed' and 'sad' part he eventually gets there. When Feyriel feels something besides anger he feels it quiet deeply and while he's aware, can overreact. When he's feel particularly put out (besides anger) he has physical pain in his chest and he doesn't react in any helpful way to sadness.

who knows what he does when he's happy. Probably smiles a little? maybe?

ABILITIES
Feyriel has a mix of retrocognitive, precognitive and psychometry. However, all of these just impose a vague idea. He doesn't see anything but he'll know something.  He won't see it but he'll know that within the past three hours you'd sat on a tack or within the next three hours you'll sit on a tack. He won't know when, where or why but he'll know. The most he'll be able to offer would be "watch out for tacks, I guess." He also gains these 'visions' by touching objects,otherwise physical contact is needed flesh-to-flesh. His abilities are vague and not very useful, he's never see a life changing event, perhaps 'watch out for a curb' - maybe they'll be hit by a car? Maybe they'll meet the love of their life? Find a pretty flower. He'll just know that the person needs to 'watch out for a curb.'

The 'visions' when seeing the future leave him with a headache, usually behind his eyes. He can only see the future 'watch out for the curb' when it comes to people and usually only about things they've already decided. If someone had plans to go to the grocery store later, then, Fey would be able to tell them to watch out for a curb. This can be of course, counter acted by not going out.

Sometimes he has involuntary 'visions' about himself and heeds his own advice. He avoids the curb.

Aside from his specific unique brand of 'future telling' Feyriel is a talented telepath and telekinetic almost to the point of laziness. He makes his coffee in the morning while sitting down and reading the latest news.

His Dragon is a smaller girl named Mimi. A shiny shimmery blue, the metal parts mix in well and she's sweet and kind - though mechanical - and she plays up Feyriel's anger to her great enjoyment.

HISTORY
Raised in an orphanage. He grew up not knowing his parents and at the age of 13 was drafted in to the candidate program. His extra abilities were little help but he was decent at everything else. His displeasure for getting messy has him doing PR and he's stubborn and good enough at frowning he usually gets what he wants.
