Physical Description
Sebastian does not look too bad considering he is a pirate. He has fair skin, a good build, short brown hair, no body or facial hair, ice blue eyes, and soft features. This does not make him very intimidating in appearance, but looks can be deceiving. He also has an artificial right hand that he does not bother concealing with synthetic flesh. For clothing, he wears a white button-down dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a brown vest that is never fastened in the front, cargo jeans, and black boots. He has no piercings or tatoos. All in all, he's quite a handsome fellow. Too bad he's not so good-looking on the inside.
Personality
Sebastian is quite, quite, mad. He is sadistic and does not care about the well-being of others. He is an alcoholic and drug addict and he suffers from depression. To top it all off, he is generally mentally unstable. This makes him unpredictable and reckless. There is no telling what he might do from one moment to the next. Some say he is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.
Despite his instability, one would never be able to tell at first glance. He acts calm and sophisticated despite the his inner emotional and mental turmoil. Sometimes he has been known to lose his cool and kill someone just because he thought that they looked at him funny. Again, he is completely unpredictable and there is absolutely no way of telling what he might do.
Sometimes, Sebastian will have episodes of extreme depression. When this happens he will go into his room on his ship, lock the door, and drink and drug himself while listening to the same song over and over again. Only those would a death wish would dare enter his room or disturb him in this state.
If someone wanted to make Sebastian completely stop in his tracks, all they would have to do is say the name 'Lucy'. No one knows to do this however as he does not tell people about Lucy.

Magic/Abilities
Sebastian is actually a psychic. He possesses a special form of precognition that acts as a 'danger sense'. This danger sense alerts him of threats that he does not initially perceive. It is also quite selective in what it warns him of. For example, his danger sense alerts him of any danger outside of his field of vision. However, if he can see the threat, then his danger sense only alerts him of things that would cause severe injury or death. In other words, if someone snuck up on him and tried to punch him in the back of the head, he would be warned because he wouldn't see it. If someone was in front of him and tried to punch him, he would not be warned because he could see it and it wouldn't cause severe damage.
Beyond that, he is a very skilled fighter. He carries two selective fire pistols and a plasma-cutlass. One pistol is kept in an underarm holster under his left arm and the other pistol is in a cross-draw holster on his right hip. His cutlass is kept on his left hip. While the cutlass is very sharp on its own, at the push of a button Sebastian can activate the plasma. The plasma is red in color and only covers the cutting edge. This give the cutlass the ability to cut through pretty much anything with it. He is skilled with both the pistols and the sword.

History
Sebastian started off as a typical Aedolian. He did what he wanted because he felt like it. His life was rather bland and uneventful until he met Lucy. The two instantly fell madly in love with each other. Despite how much promiscuity is encouraged in Aedolis, the two gave each themselves only to each other. The had everything in common. They like the same drugs, same brand of alcohol, same music, they were even both psychics. The two of them were utterly inseparable. At least, that's what they thought.
One day, Sebastian was on his way to Lucy's place, but today would be different from any other day. When he walked through the door, Lucy's lifeless body was lying on the floor. Sebastian's entire world was gone, and he didn't even know why or how. For three days he stayed by her side waiting for her to wake up, hoping that she was just unconscious or something even though that he knew that she was dead. With his entire world gone, Sebastian began his descent into madness. Lucy's death was all Aedolis's fault and it would pay. As time went by, Sebastian went crazier and his hatred for Aedolis grew. One day, he just snapped.
Sebastian declared a personal war on all of Aedolis for taking his beloved from him. He chopped off his own right hand above the wrist so that he couldn't be tracked and began his rampage. The authorities were unable to track him down without the chip, and he used his own dismembered hand to throw them off. Sebastian even went so far as to attack and kill an off-duty Pilot. With every law enforcement unit in Aedolis after him, he got himself transportation away from there and went to the space station Cancer. There, he got himself an artificial hand to replace the one he lost, got himself a ship, and began the makings of a crew. He would be the most feared pirate ever known. His reign of terror would span the galaxy, not just Aedolis. Everyone would suffer as he had. It was only fair.
Ship
Sebastian's ship is dubbed the Smooth Criminal. It is a sleek, speedy, and manueverable craft; the perfect pirate ship. The ship can operate with a crew as small as four individuals, but more is better.
For a small ship, the Smooth Criminal is formidably armed. It is armed with two railguns, one on top, and one on the bottom. It is also armed with point-defense gatlin guns for taking down missiles and fighters, three on each side. Finally it is armed with four (two per side) 40mm cannons. To top is all off, it is armed with an ion cannon, a weapon for disabling enemy ships without causing any damage. The Smooth Criminal also possesses a shield generator and electronic countermeasures, which allows the Smooth Criminal to be invisible to rader and prevents missiles from locking onto the ship.
On his ship, is his room. No one is allowed to enter his room under penalty of death, but if someone were to enter, they would be treated to an interesting sight. Every picture of Lucy that Sebastian owns are hung on the walls; about 30 in total. Empty bottles are scattered all over the floor, and it is only furnished with a bed and a single dresser.
Notes: Sebastian is constantly wearing the locket he had given to Lucy. It is a small, gold, heart-shaped locket with a picture of himself on the left side and a picture of Lucy on the right. He wears it under his shirt where no one would see it, but he doesn't care if it is seen. If it is opened, however, he will kill the foolish and unfortunate individual that opened it.
