What are you limits regarding powerplay/godmoding?
Will Do:
Anything that involves surprise, but make sure you have my Go.
Won't do:
Anything with Mostly God Modding or Power Playing.
Ask me first:
Ask me first if you are intending on having a very small control of my character in one plot.
How far can character injuries go?
[How much can another character injure yours? For instance, are you okay with someone stabbing your character before your character can react ("He lunged at him and stabbed him in the shoulder."), or do you prefer to be able to react first ("He slashed the knife at him.")? Should injuries be superficial (flesh wounds), or do you mind more debilitating injuries (like, say, broken bones or lost limbs)?]
Will do:
Minor Injuries, like punch in body, or wounds.
Won't do:
Death. One thing I dread about.
Ask me first:
If the injury is superficial, it'd be best if you asked me first. For minor injuries, try to keep Power Playing to your limits.
How far can torture go?
[Even if the character being tortured is helpless, the player is not. So what are your limits in regards to it? How far can it go? Cutting? Whipping? Shocking? Restraints? Psychological games? Sexual torture? Etc.]
Will do:
Anything with my permission, but I need to check first.
Won't do:
Tortured to Death, obvious.
Ask me first:
If you are planning on any torture for the character, ASK me, always.
What about character death?
Will do:
WITH my permission.
Won't do:
without my permission.
Ask me first:
- Use own finger to point at the flipping rules now - Ask me, always.
Are you okay with characters being transformed against their will?
Will do:
With my permission, but my character are not prone to permanent transformation.
Won't do:
Without power playing, and without my permission. Permanent Transformation of a reason will not be accepted.
Ask me first:

What about healing?
For instance, if someone plays a blind character they may not want people to try and "cure" the character.]
Will do:
Only with your permission (if its at you).
Won't do:
Power playing.
Ask me first:
ALWAYS.
What are your limits in regards to sexual situations?
[Do you prefer to fade to black or play it out? What about abuse/rape? Innuendo? What are you comfortable with and not comfortable with?]
Will do:
Mostly on innuendo, because I am not quite used to Sexual Situations yet.
Won't do:
There are certain limits to my control of this, and if I reject that request, it means its one of it.
Ask me first:
If Abuse/Raping occurs, ASK me first, including with others.
