Religious-ness

This is going to sound random and probably pretty dumb too.

But with characters are we allowed to link them to real life religions? Or do we have to make up our own?

I have another character in the making! XD

Look at it this way. We know that the world was destroyed, but somehow some people survived. I figure that yes, old religions probably did endure, but after like....I dunno 10,000 years or so, however long it's been since the earth's rebirth, things will have changed. There is no Islam, for example, but there may be a religion with similar ideals that developed from Islam.

Get my drift?

Just how I personally see it.

That sounds pretty good to me. You pretty much answered my question <3

Maybe a mixture of several religions all in one? e.g. Judaism and Islam? Or say, Buddhism and Islam.

Oooh all these ideas are bouncing around in my brain right now and now they're having a civil war to see which one would win. XD

Go for it. No reason they can't have blended.
