A tragedy open for business. [18+,drugs,sex,gambling,]

You are not sure how you ended up infront of this saloon. It looks like it was taken straight from a history book, if it wasn't for the neon Dragon coiling around the top half of the chrome and mat black structure. You see what looks like a drug addict talking to the dragon made of light as if it was some sage. Set into the shining black wall are the words 'The Western Dragon'  burning like fire against the wall. A smell like sulfur, booze and sweat pools at the door to the saloon. howling, whistling and yelling begins. You remember something about gambling, strippers and cage fights among other unscrupulous activities, those you guess for yourself.

After taking in the outside footprint, you step inside. You are blasted by Jazz  playing just above the bar. Something about debauchery makes the world turn just the right way. The inside strikes you as odd compared to outside, its as if you stepped into the past not only that its much larger, not only that the walls and floor are wooden. To your left you see what must be what everyone is howling at, straddling a pole that seems to lead up into oblivion, a demonic visage, red skin with purple hair, tiny wings and a spade tipped tail blowing kisses of pink air. You can only imagine the effects that smoke would have if you inhaled it. You then see the patrons of the night worker. Its a mix of people, creatures, fae and otherwise. Pirates human, elf squid men, greaser  dwarfs and satyrs. What you can only describe as the gnome mafia. You could of sworn you saw a knight and a squire. Straight ahead of you is the bar itself, 3 layers of it 4 if you count the floor the band is playing on. There seems to be something like 40 tables from you to the bar stools full of more characters like before and even more wild. You see what has to be a pirate captain toss a small gnome with red coloured hair, a fight insues the pirates from the stripper push past you towards the fight followed by the mafia. Suddenly they disappear, then everyone looks above, the once black hole of a ceiling seems to fall downwards then you see it. The cage is as massive as the whole bar, the pirates and the mafia are across from each other, cutlesses, flintlocks, tommy guns and switchblades. It looks like some B tier movie. Bets begin to take place, on who will win or lose.  Then the sound reverberates throughout the bar as guns begin to fire, few gnomes bit the large round lead balls of the flint locks, the pirates seem to go down hard during the first volley, but begin to close the distance far quicker than the gnomes anticipated the pirates swiftly freeing their heads from their shoulders. A winner decided the cage recedes as money is passed around. From the front door both the pirates and gnomes walk back in, the gnomes going to a corner in the bar.

Returning from your distraction, you see the tiers of the bar, the first lower one serving a man in uniform, you can guess he's a pilot of some kind. The bar keep is a four armed red alien, his face looks to be chiseled straight out of granite where is lower K9's should be there are 2 protrusions capped with tusks of ivory. You can't see his lower body but if its anything like his upper body large muscular seemingly cut out of rock. He sees you staring and beckons you over.

The left half of the bar seems to be were the gambling occurs, poker, black jack, craps, roulette and if you asked would have more. More stoic characters seem to be indulging here, some look like off duty judges, cops. Sailors from a time you don't even recall. More familiar faces appear here fairies, elves, orcs even more obscure races like lamia, and centaur as well.
Some look like they came in just before you, others seem like they've been here for decades.

Your eyes then carry you to the second and third levels of the bar. Stairs flanking the lowest bar leading up and back. The second bar tender, a wily looking women with unkempt hair dark red with dark golden accents like a roman kings banner. She has a almost unnatural slim body, her skin golden honey. Black orbs for eyes, a unsettling grin sitting on her face, she appears to be serving a king? She laughs revealing her maw of razor sharp teeth, the king almost falls out of his chair, before he also laughs. Then you see the top bar, smaller than the last 2. Only having roughly 8 stools compared to the 24 and 48 stools of the 2nd and 1st floors respectively. The bar tender, a clean man? Knowing the denizens of this bar you assume theres something off about him. He has pale skin, and an average frame, light purple hair, and then you see it, his wings hes a fairy but his wings are far to small to be one and they look mangled. You can see his eyes are normal but your to far to catch the colour. He seems to be wearing a vest and dress shirt which match his warmer smile. Compared to the glistening black dress the golden lady is wearing or the t shirt the red giant is wearing.

It finally dawns on you. You've been standing there for a good 15 minutes or so, and everyone seems to have caught notice and begin to look at you. It would probably be a good idea to head to a table and order something from one of the servers or maybe indulge in one of the activities. Or ask one of the bar tenders what the hell this place is. The choice is yours
