==> This board is for Harpy business and Harpy business only. I don't give a shit if it's especially important business, y'all want to discuss lunch plans or who wore their hair best that's fine but if you're gonna get "personal" in here I'm gonna get right on your ass.
==> Seriously, guys, keep it in your DMs. I would hate to have to screenshot every last one and keep it for blackmailing purposes.
==> Also I wouldn't leave anything in here that you need handled ASAP; you have an emergency you contact myself or Pilot Noble Kiers immediately, or otherwise utilize the proper channels. Don't just leave something like "oh hey the assault course is on fire" on the board and wait for a response.

So Lladre is there a reason you are considering asking someone outside our squadron for help designing your drill course? It's kind of fucked up. I mean if you need help programming the simulators and terrain and shit I could help. I'm going to run the drills after all.

Its to help me get a feel for what ice can do. I'm just asking Ryua to make a few samples of ice to see which ones are worth simulating thats all - you know for challenges. It'll be a waste of water if I use normal old water in a freezer and it'll be a pain. She has no part in the simulation nor the actual running. Though you can pitch in if you want XD i never said you couldn't ;)
So what ideas do you all have!? I only have two so far XD and if someone is a bit rusty on something this'll help

It sounded like you were going to have someone outside the squadron help design the course without consulting our superiors. I was concerned. And I don't think I should know your plans before hand if I am supposed to successful lead our squadron through the exercise. It feels like cheating. In actual battle I might not have time to study it before hand. I feel this will be more beneficial if it is an exercise in adapting to what challenges and surprises are thrown at us.

Yeahhh, just steppin' in here real quick--
I understand the need for occasional outside help and shall we say "a second set of eyes" on plenty of matters, but training exercises pertaining to the Harpies should remain within the Harpies. So long as Ryua's involvement is simply to do with samples and nothing else, you have my go-ahead, but I'd actually much prefer to see what you yourself can come up with Lladre. Impress me, girl. Maybe this can be an extra bit of responsibility for you in the long-run.
Also Rodion's correct, I want this run blind. We can't keep being the best if we keep knowing what's coming. If we wanted that we'd employ a precog and they sure as shit ain't lending those out any time soon. That being said if anyone has any ideas for future runs, contact me and we'll get it set up so you can run something yourself at a later date.

Oh I'm pretty much done with the first course just need a few tweaks then it'll be good to go I'd say the day after tomorrow it should be done. Its a special kind of course.

As I stated in the Pilot Chat, you have to run the drill with us to my orders Lladre. Why would a member of our squadron hang back and watch when they should be doing their part? It's a team exercise and I am leading, you cannot just go off and complete it on your own, of course that would be easy since you designed it.

I'm still running it don't get me wrong but it'll be up to you Rodion to say the orders. I'll just follow them and keep my mouth shut and watch you guys try to figure it out. I said nothing of sitting on the side lines at all. Just like any exercise. It'll help me see what needs a bit of work to both the courses and in turn help you out as well. What better way to see what improvement can be made then runnung the course with your teammates? Sitting back would kill me :'(

URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED
As of 1822 today, a written threat has been made regarding several Pilots, most notably one of our own squadron members, Pilot Lladre Opielar. Present intelligence suggests a highly volatile target who will not be satisfied with simple threats for very long, and as such the unknown target is to be considered extremely dangerous.
Pilot Rook is in charge of safeguarding Pilot Opielar, as she is presently physically incapacitated. Commander Kiers and Pilot Hestersen are working with the Seeker and Inquiry departments to trace the source of the threats and will keep everyone updated as the situation develops.
Until this horseshit is resolved, I want a Harpy patrolling every last inch of Pilot Opielar's floor. No one reaches that level without us knowing about it, and I want any and all activity to be transmitted immediately to Commander Kiers. Pilot Voronin, you're in charge of coordinating patrols.
Until further notice, everyone is to be fully at arms at all times. This is not a drill.

URGENT MESSAGE
Understood sir. Here is the patrol schedule. You have been broken into teams of two and each team will complete two 4 hour shifts a day.
Shift 1: Pilot XX1 and Pilot XX2 0000 to 0400
Shift 2: Pilot Bloom and Pilot Huxley 0400 to 0800
Shift 3: Pilot XX3 and Pilot XX4 0800 to 1200
Shift 4: Pilot XX1 and Pilot XX2 1200 to 1600
Shift 5: Pilot Bloom and Pilot Huxley 1600 to 2000
Shift 6: Pilot XX3 and Pilot XX4 2000 to 0000
Pilot Echo Rook will of course be with Pilot Echo Opielar the entire time and are to remain in Pilot Echo Rook's apartment. I will be monitoring both apartments via our own hidden surveillance equipment that Vander and I installed in the hallways outside Pilot Oplier and Pilot Rook's apartments as well as in the elevators. No one outside the squadron is to approach their doors. Anyone who tries to should be dealt with in manner best suiting the situation.
Since we know that our target(s) have access to the Pilot chat I believe it is imperative we remain active on it and causal. Do not act as if any of this is going on. No further mention that Pilot Echo Opielar is staying with Pilot Echo Rook should be made and no mention of these watch patrols should be made under any circumstance. If there is any movement or issue that requires all of us on patrol duty a 'mayday' code of 'Crap I forgot to buy chips' shall be posted in the Pilot Chat, follow up will be sent directly to our squadron via an urgent alert on the Harpies Message board.
