{PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION}
Aliena doesn’t seem imposing based upon her physical appearance. Rather, she seems very approachable. Her body is slim and willowy, and she possesses dark curling tresses that falls to her shoulders. She usually keeps her hair pulled back from her face in a high ponytail, but when relaxed, she lets her hair fall free. Her eyes are a vivid hazel, and there always seems to be a smile in them, even when she’s working. Her expressions vary from neutral with a slight smirk to her lips to serious with no emotion whatsoever. She is pale, though not for lack of sunlight. She simply doesn’t tan. She burns, and turns a bright lobster red if she’s out in the sun without protection.
Aliena is fond of wearing clothes that make her comfortable. She isn’t a stickler for uniforms, and so allows her squad to wear whatever they please, so long as it’s work-appropriate. However, when going out on missions, she is all business, dressed smartly in the issued uniform, which is armored and padded, and trimmed with white and gold.
{PERSONALITY}
Aliena expects a certain amount of professionalism from her squad. While she isn’t a stickler for rules and regulations that other Commanders might be, she does rule with an iron fist. She gives a single warning; heed it or not at your own risk. Aliena herself enjoys a good joke and a good prank, and often is the culprit behind several of them, but she will not tolerate that kind of behavior while on a mission. When meeting strangers, she’s very reserved and professional, but among friends and family, she warms up quickly and is full of smiles. She’s quick to hand out praise and just as quick to hand out punishments, often both when it’s warranted. Her empathy allows her to connect easily with people so long as she can get an accurate read on them, although she tends to be more analytical about her approach, deciding exactly what she needs to do or say in order to make that connection.

- Has studied psychology and human behavior, and uses her knowledge of both to enhance her empathy in order to read people accurately
- Her favorite food is popcorn, and she’ll experiment with different seasoning flavors

{SPECIAL ABILITIES}
Telepathy - Aliena possesses rather strong telepathy, such that she can communicate over long distances and to multiple entities at once. This allows her to act as the communication hub between her squad members, coordinating them from afar.
Empathy - Though she possesses empathy, it’s actually one of her weaker abilities. She can feel surface emotions from other people, and emotions that are being strongly felt by others in the moment, but in order to feel anything deeper, or to project, she has to concentrate hard on the emotions she wants to feel herself or make others feel.
Psychometry - Her strongest ability after her telepathy. Aliena is able to hold an object and clearly feel the thoughts and emotions of the last person to hold it. She can walk into a room and know exactly what happened there. Everything that was said, everything that was felt, Aliena can know it all and repeat it almost verbatim.
{RELATIONSHIPS}
Pilot Cardinal Chinta Trivala - Ali’s younger sister, which makes the fact that they’re on the same squad far more interesting, as Aliena doesn’t treat her as a sister while on the clock. Chinta was rather a surprise for Ali, since they are thirteen years apart, but the gap in their ages doesn’t diminish her feelings for her sister in the slightest.
Illysia - Her dragon, a sleek black-scaled female who possesses a single fully mechanical right wing and a partially mechanical left wing. Her hind legs also are mechanized. Aliena calls her Illy, and she accepts it because she enjoys Aliena’s ability to match wits with her.
{BACKGROUND NOTES}
Ironically enough, Aliena never aspired to be more than what she already was - Pilot Noble, and an Inquisitor. Upon the formation of the Sirens, she was surprised that she was offered the Commander’s position. She accepted the appointment, but only after careful consideration of what it would mean for her. It wasn’t a difficult transition for her, and though she is still settling into the role of Commander and being in charge of her squad, she’s prepared to do her job and ensure the protection of Aedolis and her people from any kind of threat, both within and without.
