Physical Description: Segunda has a tall and muscled built. Long, raven hair flows down his back and he has deep purple eyes, a large scar is slith down from his left eyebrow to the left side of his mouth. He wears a black trench coat and a blue pair of jeans. Underneath the trench coat, anyone can see the bandages wrapped around his torso. These bandages are also wrapped around his left arm. Leaving only his right arm bare underneath the coat. The bandages hudethe enormous tattoo made with ink that has been infused with psionic energy. This purple ink augments his telekinesis a great deal but is very painful.
Personality: Ruthless, stonecold and predatorial. Segunda has been trained to be a killer and behaves as such.
Magic/Abilities: Any psionic power he has is fairly weak, except for his telekinesis. His most powerful ability. Whenever he uses this, the tattoo lights up and his eyes shine brightly. His hair slowly floats about as if in stasis. His telekinesis is powerful to a magnitude of being able to pull small frigates out of orbit.
