Bairi Kenos - Practical, optimistic and ambitious, she loves adventure, science, and especially discovery. Open to any plots anywhere, if you can think of a reason why she might be there, but mostly in Teinar or the Wastelands.
Tarr Miink - A Solo Pilot that desperately wants to get to work! Put him on patrols, mentor him as a newbie, attack him when he's on patrol, or even involve him in a criminal investigation, as he's a volunteer with the police, he just wants to get moving! He could probably work as an escort, so he could appear anywhere with a major port.
Kareya Fox-Starling - Lively, with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and love/hate relationship with danger. She's settled on Cancer for now, and is helping a new aquaintance recruit for his criminal organisation. Calling fellow criminals, passers by, and Cancer law enforcement! And of course, anyone she might be caught spying on...
Devie, a 'highway'man with a love of interesting times, no sense of direction, imaginary friends and a talent for finding/making trouble. He's also good with technology, and handy in a fight, but despite his skill, he tends to lose at life. He looks on the bright side.
Graham Fox-Starling - He's a Doctor specifically for Pilots and their dragons, organising pilot/medical staff relations as well as treating patients. Got a Pilot or Candidate with an injury, or just something to talk about? His office door is always open. I think most medical work is done by the normal Citadel doctors, but he's in charge of their treatment of Pilots and dragons, and he also still works practically.
Sunshine Blue - Originally named Berica Fox-Starling, Sunshine is much like her stage name - bold, bright, and cheerful. She's a popular singer pointed at stardom, but she's also a vigilante, roaming the streets in disguise to foil crime. She's a scarer, more than a killer, but she's strong and fast, and can be ruthless when required. She's open to anything in Aedolis, although she lives in Haviah, in either of her roles.
