Dovan elves are those who left earth early on for the space stations of the time. They generally have tan or bronze skin, blonde, black or auburn hair, grey, brown or dark purple eyes, and are of short stature. They also have a tendency to be either slim or plump, and have difficulty gaining muscle mass. They have angular, slanted features, long, pointed ears and a whole range of useless minor magical abilities that are frequently never detected.

__________________IN-DEPTH STUFF

Physical Description Short and slim, with a little muscle tone but not much actual muscle.  Tarr has chin length, incredibly out of control, wavy, black hair and mud brown eyes. His skintone is a weirdly pale shade of tan, and his features are bold, angular and slanted. He has substantial eyebrows, and a couple of hairs on his chin. His feet are quite small with weirdly high arches, he's otherwise typical in proportions, and his nails are neat and frequently painted in his squadron colours, red and blue. He has a thick, smooth, white scar across his cheek and through his left ear onto his scalp. The top part of that ear is missing, and the small bit of scalp that was scarred is hairless, although you can't really tell. He thinks he's incredibly good-looking, and that his scar only adds to his charm. His right ear is about 12cm long and pointed in an angular manner. His ears have a tendency to twitch and turn. He wears his uniform whenever he can get away with it, or the volunteer police assistant vest if he's on duty for that, but otherwise he normally wears white or blue long-sleeved tops with silver or black trousers and his favourite sleek, red coat. He always wears either his uniform boots, which are calf high, silver, and mostly decorative, or a pair of shoes that greatly resemble fancy, pale blue slippers. He has a horrific red and blue tartan headband for when his hair needs to be restrained.

Personality Tarr longs to be a pilot, which is odd, considering that he is one, but when he isn't actively on duty he's pining for it. He also enjoys reading crime fiction, attempting to paint and hanging out in bars in the hope of meeting other pilots. He's not at all opposed to flirting, but his partners tend to leave him due to his tendency to neglect them. He will forever deny it, but in his more bored moments he contemplates interior design, which is why his quarters, despite coming with his job in the military, are rather nice. He's quite good with his money, if only because he's perpetually mooching off others for small things, and he plans his shopping carefully to stay within his budget. He loves being able to let go and act on instinct and orders alone when flying, but the flight simulators and strategy games he occasionally plays prove him to be capable of strategy, at least in a more abstract sense. His only knowledge of the more unpleasant aspects of the world come from the part of military training where they told them what to do if captured, his crime books, and fighting, but none of those things have brought him close to any of it, so he's still very naive. He's quite social, always wanting to be communicating in some way, even if he's doing something on his own. He's the kind of person who checks his messages every ten minutes when reading. Despite his age, he's not particularly rash, although his tendency to act at the same time as thinking can have a similar effect. He's only been out of training for 3 months, so he's eager to establish himself. He's quite likable, so he's a good choice for police volunteer.

Magic/Abilities He's good at planning, organising and strategising, but has yet do develop the patience for it. He's also incredibly fast thinking and reacting in a fighter, but occasionally messes up when he tries to go faster than he can. He's also still getting used to real fighting in a proper squadron. He has no psionic or magical ability beyond uncontrollable hair.

Relationships  His mother, Reina, father, Fridrick, younger brother, Al, and his three best friends from pilot training, Chessie, Ryona, and Dedri. Chessie and Ryona are Duo partners, Dedri is a reserve and normally works in the police force. He communicates via video calls and instant messaging with his family and friends, and also meets his friends at bars occasionally, or runs into them at work.

History Tarr was born in Libra, raised in Libra, always wanted to be a pilot, mocked his younger brother mercilessly for his long hair until he cut it, met Dedri, joined the pilot training program at fifteen, didn't have to be disciplined too much, and graduated at seventeen, 3 months ago. In other words, he has a really normal past... Insert schooling, other friends, romantic relationships and training shenanigans here.
