We're Feeling Hungry (Open)

Naeghtmayer looked at the dessicated human remains he had left behind. Such an insignificant part of a whole now. So small now. Still ignorant of the world around him.

"We're feeling hungry again..." He growled as he skulked to the nearest sewer drain, ripping it off and waiting to see someone go by.

It was damn near midnight, so catching prey would be easy. He just needed to find something worth eating.

Boski's black trench coat swayed as he walked through the crowds of people. One didn't rest on Aeolis, it seemed. His tattoo of a fox on the back of his neck showed through for a bit, under his hair, but it didn't look out of place. This was, after all, Aeolis; the one place Boski would rather not be.

However, he had heard rumors of a monster lurking the sewers, and wanted to put an end to it. As a rule, his 13mm handgun never appeared in his hands until he he needed it, on Aeolis, anyway, as the gun laws were stringent. But then again, being the Watcher, a god among mortals, does he really need to follow their laws?

Sensing the life form walking by, Naeghtmayer grabbed it, ensaring it in two or three tendrils designed purely to crush and snap people. He dragged the person down into the sewers, letting out a strange noise that, if pronounced as accurately as possible in human onomatopoeia, would come out as something like: "weseillarya-nyum-nyom-nyom", or something similar. It had no meaning, it was not deliberate. But Naeghtmayer was very hungry.

"We want to feed... You will do..." He suspended the being via his tendrils, his stupidly long tongue getting a taste for the flesh.

Before one could blink, Boski had a gun conjured and in his hand. Being dragged by the tendrils down into the sewers, he shot numerous 13mm bullets into the monster, trying to escape its grasp. He felt the tongue brushing him, and he shot that, too. This would be an interesting fight.

Naeghtmayer screeched as he recognised the creature he had ensnared.

"We remember you Boski... We remember..." Naeghtmayer's mouth wasn't moving, or rather the huge biting teeth weren't. Inside that, behind the tongue, sat Kirnardaz's mouth, the speech seemingly disembodied.

Boski broke the monster's grip, landing on one the platforms in the sewers.

"Kirnardaz? What the hell happened to you?" He asked. He kept his gun pointed at the monster, though. What was once his friend and rival was now a monster that needed to be destroyed.

"Kirnardaz... We don't listen to Kirnardaz... We are Naeghtmayer!" He lashed out with his tendrils and tried to grab the gun, knowing he would get shot. He would be unharmed though.

"Kirnardaz is such a small part of what we are... We've grown..." Naeghtmayer took a heavy step forward, making the same weird sound as earlier.

Boski banished the conjured firearm, replacing it with an old favorite: his two-handed sword. Wielding it with one hand, he sliced off a few tendrils, and even landed a low on Naeghtmayer himself.

He then changed into his Sionhai form, a form which he hadn't used in a long time, as he was more agile with it, and could easily outrun the monster should the need arise.

Naeghtmayer took the hits, screeching like Skalos.

"We are in the age of fusion. WE ARE THE PINNACLE!" 40 odd tendrils flung out trying to pull Boski in.
