Physical Description:
Small in stature, and with delicate features, Lilo is deceptively fragile-looking. She keeps her shock-white hair short and punky, with one side shaved and portions of it braided. When she's working she pulls it back into a small bun to keep it out of her face, but otherwise it's perpetually casually mussed.
Her eyes are a green-teal color, with long white lashes. Not that you'd know, as she always wears a considerable amount of kohl and eyeliner about her eyes, in stark contrast to the paleness of the rest of her.
Personality:
Bright, irreverent, and with a tongue on her that could cut steel, Lilo is quick with comebacks and even quicker to laugh. She doesn't handle "heavy shit" well, either becoming incredibly awkward and quiet or otherwise making off jokes in order to get attention off an uncomfortable subject.
As such, it's hard to have a serious conversation with her outside of a professional setting.
Fun Facts!:
- She's got quite a few piercings. Absolutely none of them are visible.
- She draws on her off time. She's responsible for the Harpies' mascot
- Her favorite flower is jasmine, and she wears a body spray of it every day.
Magic/Abilities:
Lilo is a passable hydrokinetic, but her main talents lie in her telepathy; she's able to telegraph over long distances, transmitting information to as few or many people as needed. As such, she's the Harpies' designated long-distance communications specialist.
