Physical Description
Sturdily built yet surprisingly small, Louis, or Loa as he often prefers to be called, is a spry man through and through. He has more of a swimmer's build, and is in fact, an excellent swimmer.

He wears all black, and he is never seen in public without a bandana or face mask, though he will take it off for certain occassions (ie meetings with superiors, certain missions, etc.) Underneath he is a VERY pallid man of somewhat boyish looks with short black hair, and cold, sad blue-gray eyes.

Personality
Miserable.

Loa is a person shrouded in mystery. Very few know what he looks like under the masks, and nobody's about to find out any time soon. Ruthless, quick, to-the-point and silent 80% of the time. He doesn't care much for other people and it's hard to get on his good side. He moves with purpose and determination to get things done and he absolutely loathes anyone who will get in his way or slow him down. That being said, those are the easiest ways to agitate him, and some of the best ways to actually get him to talk. He only speaks when he finds it necessary, and when someone's pissing him off that's definitely a necessary occasion. He finds it far too easy to change from serious and quiet to snide and sarcastic at the drop of a hat. Thankfully though, those times are rare as it's rare he's ever seen hanging out with anyone at all. If he likes you though, it's all the way or nothing at all--he's not very gray with his emotions. Either you're a friend or foe; and at the moment, he has none of the former.

He has severe depression and is a major alcoholic, drinking it like it's water. He also has Scopophobia, the fear of showing his face/being seen, hence why he rarely shows his face. This is notated on his Pilot profile, but only accessible by superiors.

Magic/Abilities
-Hemokinesis: Loa is able to control blood, from the creation of it to its very movement. He is also able to sense blood, a person's circulatory system, and hear the beat of someone's heart. He excels in using these abilities, from detection (being able to sense up to about 100 feet who is in a room with him and even what blood type they have) to combat, being able to pull blood from open wounds, rupture arteries, create clots, change the course of blood flow and utilize building blood pressure to literally make someone's head or heart explode.
-Telepathy: His telepathy is incredibly strong and clear, however he only uses it to communicate with his dragon.
-Minor Telekinesis: Lightweight objects within his immediate vicinity (think 5-10 feet) are able to be pulled to or pushed away from his person.
-Hand to Hand Combat Mastery: Given his profession, Loa has trained extensively and spends any time out of his apartment running sims or in the gym. He's excellent at both offense and defense, and has thorough knowledge of short-range weaponry and how to use them.
-Intermediate Marksmanship: Loa can handle just about any gun and knows well how to use them with fairly decent range and aiming capabilities. He works best with sniper rifles, but pistols are also handy.
-Parkour: Most of his missions entail getting into hard-to-reach places without alerting targets or civilians, so not only is he adept at running, climbing and yeeting himself to victory, but he can also do it in a way that's scarily quiet.

Relationships
Amontillado- Loa's dragon. It was made clear on day one that he didn't choose Loa because he cared about him, he only wanted him for his abilities. Amon has a bit of a nasty rep among some of the other dragons, as some believe he pushes humans too hard. Prior to Loa he has lost thirteen Pilots and does not seem to have a shred of remorse  or guilt over any of them; due to outside circumstances it's never been determined he was directly responsible for their deaths and thus he keeps getting new ones. He speaks poorly of those who have failed him in the past. His relationship with Loa is strictly professional, potentially abusive, and it is rare that the two of them even speak outside work hours. He monitors Loa constantly.

History
Loa has never been a pleasure-seeker, unlike nearly every other person in Aedolis. And because of this, he was often ridiculed or bullied by others because he stood out from the rest. He was treated like an outcast and rightfully learned to hate nearly every living creature with thoughts and the ability to speak because of it.

There was only one person who had bothered to befriend him, and that boy became his best friend.

Both of them showed psychic abilities at the ages of 13, and both were drafted into the Pilot Candidate Program together. But while Loa was always a bit of a quiet pushover, his best friend was the opposite. Because Ru dared to stand up to their superiors for lack of involvement with bullying and abuse within the program, and to save Loa from being TRIMMed due to the lack of progress with his abilities, Loa's best friend--and first love--was TRIMMed instead. Loa has never once forgotten this, and even now ten years later he still has vivid nightmares of the night it happened.

He hates everyone and everything, including himself. The only reason he hasn't killed himself is because he knows his best friend's sacrifice would be lost, and that's a shame that even he can't bear. He can't help but often wonder--if Ru knew what their superiors would force Loa to become, would he still have made the same choice?

By all definitions, Loa is convinced that he's an irredeemable monster. He lives with the guilt of not only Ru's tragic fate, but now the murders of countless innocents from his missions. Every person he kills is more blood on his hands that won't wash off no matter how much he rubs his skin raw. He sees their faces in the mirrors, and thus smashed all the ones in his apartment. He cries after every mission, apologizing to warm corpses over and over again and wishing that things didn't have to be this way. He tries to give them peaceful deaths, and remembers them in the music he publishes anonymously online under the pseudonym "Yeshalupe."
