Raze found her thoughts in his mind, and he kissed her back, pulling her close. His wings covered them both, and it happened.

Later...

Raze sighed and put his pants on once more, and smiled at Sirra. Well, it was sure that they were more intimate than just a couple now. He pulled her close to him, and kissed her head softly. This weird feeling in his heart... it felt nice when she was around. He hugged her close, and he found himself rather... content. How couldn't he be?

If having sex was helping her in some way, then he was happy. Well, that wasn't the only reason, but it was one of the main ones. He found his instincts being basically tamed by one female. The same instincts that he had struggled with for his whole life were being controlled by a female, now his mate, had gotten his instincts more under control than Raze could get them within 2 days.

She was truly amazing.

"Yup I'm amazing, not in the sort of fluffy kitten way. But, hopefully in the spend our lives together way."

Sirra got dressed and decided that they should get to seeing stuff. That, and feeling closer, was the reason they had came here.

"So you said there was a......pond or something you wanted to show me? I doubt fireflies live in caves, but something probably lives farther back. So, cave exploring, or flying off to see fireflies, oh fearless guide?" she said teasing him.

Raze grinned at her words, knowing that she heard his thoughts. "Cave exploring is good and all, but a tad too dangerous for one who hasn't had much experience out here." Raze said, and then kissed her. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her, and then turned and crouched, his wings at his sides. "So, that leaves hunting for fireflies." he said to her, and grinned. He waited for her to climb on, and he found himself completely enjoying himself. Usually he was a bit worried, but Sirra just erased that.

He waited until she was on before stepping near the edge. "Don't think you want much more wild stunts, do ya?" Raze said, teasing her. He leapt off and immediately began to fly, as to not frighten her this time. He rose in the air and felt the soft wind brush against them, showing that today's weather was going to be very... relaxing. He moved up a spire slowly, and eventually, there was a grove. Very hidden, and small lights were hidden around it...

And as Raze landed, he noticed they were fireflies.

She smiled at his teasing and was glad that he wasn't going to freak her out this time. Than they arrived at the grove.

"Fireflies! There like glowing balls of light...whoa. Can we keep some?" she asked excitedly. She sent images of them glowing in a jar. "Wouldn't that be cool?" she said trying to persuade him.

"They'd be easier to catch it we had a net of some kind. Next time we need a net and smores. Plus something that lights up to explore the cave..." she said.

Raze sighed at her, and then shook his head. "We aren't going to capture some bugs, Sirra. It's cruel." Raze said, and then looked at her. He felt home in the wastelands, and it was against his personality to commit harm to one without there being a reason. He sighed, and raising a hand, allowed a bug to land on his finger, and brought it close to Sirra. "They're peace lovers, anyways." he said, and the creature watched Sirra, and then flew away.

Sighing, he sat in the crevice between two roots and used his tail to grab Sirra by the waist and pull her closer. Grinning, he felt rather happy that she could be here with him. He felt relaxed, at peace. But then again, he almost always felt relaxed and peaceful with Sirra. She just had that effect on him.

What a weird couple they were.

"I wasn't going to keep them in a jar forever.....I kinda know what its like to be caged." Sirra said.

She cuddled up to him once more, the feeling of being trapped wasn't a pleasant one. Hopefully she could get more powers, so that she wouldn't be so helpless. Being powerless and anti authority didn't match up to well. Besides her telepathy wasn't very useful out in the wild. Though she hadn't the chance to test it on animals. Might be interesting, different thought patterns and all.

"I wonder if they can think. Probably not how we think, more primative like, might be interesting to test out" she mused.

Raze sighed and hugged her, smiling. He... somehow knew that she knew, but still wished to say it. He felt assured by her words, however, and he kissed her neck softly. Listening to her words, he smiled. "Everything thinks. Trees, animals, humans... anything alive, really." Raze said, and grinned. He found himself rather happy that she was nestled with him, and he wrapped his wings around them quite like a blanket, and kept it down a little so she could still admire the grove.

He kissed her on the lips softly, and felt himself tingle. Not a sensual tingle, just a bit of a... brain tingle. He found that it felt weird, as if he had done something. He shook it off, and continued to admire with grove and his lover. He smiled down at her, and pondered on what they should eat for supper once they got back. Well, if they got back.

Maybe Raze had something planned?

She watched the fireflies in the grove, entranced as they glowed around the tree's. His wings set on her like a warm blanket, and kept out the small chill off the night. It couldn't get any more perfect.

Their lips touched, and she felt a tingle in her head, it was distinctly in her head. It didn't feel bad, least from the brief time it happened in.  What? she thought confused at Raze.

Probably a dragon thing. she thought answering herself. Sirra left him to ponder dinner and stopped listening to his thoughts. Just turned down the volume on them, she'd hear if he screamed in his head. He probably wants to surprise me. she thought with a smile.

Raze felt happy that she was happy, and he relaxed until she asked him about what had happened with the tingle. How did he know she was asking about that? He didn't really know. He blinked and shrugged, only to find himself hug her close and kiss her lips passionately, and he grinned. He used his fingers to comb through her hair, and he then held her cheek softly. She was so beautiful. "Maybe we should see some other sights?" he said, grinning.

There was more than one reason why he didn't want her in those caves. One, he didn't want to go in there yet, and two... it was part of the surprise. He grinned at her before nuzzling her, not too anxious to go, but eager to. He wanted to show her everything he could, and treat her. Besides... he was never one to keep secrets from loved ones for long.

Especially Sirra.

Sirra could tell he was eager to get going, probably for the dinner he was pondering earlier. Other than he was probably planning some dinner surprise, or some supprise in general, she had no clue what he was up to.

"Sure" she replied, wanting to know what exactly he was up to. The thought of the cave's hadn't even entered her brain. If it had it would have been dismissed, on the fact that he said he wouldn't let harm befall her. She got up and reached her hand out to his.

"Lets go" she said excited.

Raze smiled up at her and took her hand, only to pull her into a quick kiss. He allowed his wings to unfold before he broke the kiss, and he smiled. He turned slightly and crouched down, the sign for them to get flying. Once she was on and secured, he launched himself into the abyss, only to allow his wings to catch the wind, and soar. He flapped them only twice, and made his way slowly to the cave. He grinned, and he aimed towards it.

"I guess I shouldn't have lied when I spoke of dangers, but this is your treat for staying with me tonight." Raze said as he closed in for a landing. As the sun went down the cave suddenly light up, aglow with hundreds of blue mushrooms. He grinned and allowed her freedom to do what she liked, and he himself leaned against the wall. He wanted to allow her to do her own thing.

Exploration was better off alone some times.

"Blue glowing mushrooms!" she exclaimed in obvious glee. "Almost the same shade as my hair!" and put a strand of hair up to it to compare. The mushroom's glow lit up the cave almost like the glow of her gadgets back home, as she stayed up until the wee hours of the morning working on them, only to fall asleep in the cereal her mother had made for her. She did it often enough that her mother had stopped putting lots of milk in it, for fear that she would drowned.

It was wondrous, but surely something ate the mushrooms. She walked away from Raze, figuring that if she got into any danger he would be there as quick as he could. She could kick at whatever was attacking her and her left palm was healed enough to get in a couple hits. The blue mushrooms were like little star's on the ground and she walked until she found a place where they couldn't grow. She heard heavy breathing, and stopped moving. Maybe it can't see very well, it doesn't feel like Raze's mind, so it can't be him. she thought. She saw a pair red eyes in the darkness.

RAZE! she yelled in his head, not wanting to make a noise and alert the eyes to her presence. The eyes got closer to her, and she could sense the beast thinking about what to do. It had never seen something like her before and was trying to figure out if she was tasty or not.

(I looked it up and there are actually glow in the dark mushrooms, feel free to have the beast be completely harmless, or for it to attack.)

Raze calmly watched as she enjoyed herself with the mushrooms, but instinctively flinched when he saw the creature. He was about to attack it when the creature came out as a mole of sorts, nearly blind, but not thinking that flesh would taste very good. It went on to eating some of the mushrooms, and quite slowly at that. Raze sighed, and then walked over to Sirra, and wrapped his arms around her. Sighing, he kissed her softly, and smiled. "I'm always here. Don't worry." Raze said, and grinned before kissing her again.

The mole didn't seem to care too much about them, but when Raze touched it gently on the back, it went into a state of... happiness? Petting it, he found it doing a weird sort of growling purr thing, obviously enjoying itself. "Weird." Raze said, but quite amused. He gestured for Sirra to pet the creature with him, seeing as it was obviously a herbivore with no means of defending itself, besides fleeing into tunnels.

Which seemed to work, as it was still here.

"Oh, it not a......thing that will eat me" Sirra said feeling both stupid for freaking out, and relieved in his arms. He let go of her and began to pet the strange molelike creature. To her surprise it made a half growl, half purring noise.

"Well it seems safe enough", and than she spotted a small tunnel near them. "That might be where it came from!" she exclaimed, and than began to pet the creature with him. "Meaning that there are more, which is cool because human's aren't here to mess things up"  she grinned.

"Cept us but we just watch, and stuff" she said, stuff could have referred to about anything they had done, but she meant the sex they had, since that was the only non new experience that she had lately.

She smiled at it as it purred and could tell that it was happy. The petting had reminded the creature of its mother when it was little, and warm the warm tunnel that they crawled through. Sure it had been wary at first, but the creature's it had encountered seemed harmless. It's quest for mushrooms was momentarily forgotten, even though it could smell them near by.

Raze grinned at her and leaned into her as he petted the small being, and then he kissed her softly on the cheek. "Well, we still have much more of a cave to explore, correct?" he grinned, and then pointed inwards. The secret was still hidden, and even though she didn't know what it was just yet, he knew she would love it. Mainly because she had spoken of it a while ago...

He grinned again and as he went down the tunnel, his tail trailed behind him, giving him the appearance of a dragon fading into the dark. Well, light-dark. Deeper inside the cave the mushrooms started becoming few and far between, and had a much lower lighting than the ones closer to the cave. Maybe it had something to do with them absorbing sunlight?

Whatever the reason, it hid the secret.

"Right" she said, patted the creature and it waddled slowly to the scent of the mushrooms. She than followed his tail as it got darker. It was light enough to still be able to see however, and her eyes adjusted themselves.

The mushrooms started getting farther apart as a result, it got darker. Almost dark enough that Sirra couldn't see his tail. "I can barely see your tail, so I hope its not much farther." Sirra remarked. She wasn't afraid of the dark necessary, just the things that might be lurking in it. Plus she was in a cave, and kept thinking that she'd trip over something and fall, thus ruining the surprise.

Raze grinned at her latest comment, and then suddenly, there was light. A campfire? Did Raze light it? Yes, and what did he have? Well, marshmallows, chocolate and crackers, with some soda to go with it. "Somehow, I knew you'd crave something like this." Raze said to her, and he sat down near the fire. Tonight could be a camp night, seeing as it would be late enough that it would be pointless going home. Once they found a place to land the ship, get on, and then got home, it'd be morning. So, they might as well enjoy the night.

He grinned at her before sighing, and relaxing. The smores were mostly for her, though he wouldn't mind some soda, or a smore of his own. He felt happy that he could do things like this for her. But the thing that was bugging him was this: How did she know that she might want smores? Was it just by being close to her? Or... was there another reason?

He felt... bonded, somehow.

" Oh smores and pop!" she said as the fire revealed them. She sat down near Raze and not knowing how to do smores, opened a can of pop and drank some. She was pretty sure that the fire had to be used for making them, but did the white things go in it, and how would they get them out ? She remembered that they had chocolate and graham crackers to go with them, but couldn't remember what the white things were called.

"Do the white things go...in the fire?" she asked frowning at not being able to remember their name.

"Wait, when did you get the smores down here? When I was sleeping?" Sirra asked curious.

She heard his thoughts about camping out here. "Didn't you say it was dangerous? What if the thing that eats the moles, comes after us? Everything always eats something else. What if we get attacked in our sleep? What if it hurts you and the wound gets infected? What if you die? Oh man that would suck. All of those things would suck." she said, her imagination once again going into overdrive but not in a good way.

Having her love die would totally suck. She would probably go into a depressive episode and after sobbing over his lifeless corpse, either run after the monster that ate him and get eaten herself or lay down and never move again.

Raze watched her and grinned, nodding at her question if he brought them here while she slept. "I'll show you how you do it..." Raze said, finding that her cluelessness was quite cute. He grinned, at least until he heard her bad thoughts. "Nothing besides the moles lives in these caves. Unless you count the bats, but they're insectivores, they only eat insects. I will not die on you." Raze said, and he hugged her close. "Now, about the marshmallows."

He found a stick and stuck a marshmallow on it, and put her hands around it. He gently guided the marshmallow to the fire, and held it above the flames. "Wait until it's golden, and then put it on the crackers, add some chocolate, and smush it together." Raze said, explaining as he did it, and then handed it to her. "And you have a smore." he said, grinning.

It was nice to do things like this.

"Yay, i know how to make them and marshmallows! That's what those white things are called!" she exclaimed happily. It was good to know things.

She bit into the smore happily. "Surgah" she said with her mouth full of smore. Sure it was chocolaty too, but she was not prepared for the yummy sugary goodness that was a warm marshmallow. She took a drink of pop and swallowed.
Kinda sticky, but yummy. she reported wiping her mouth on her shirt.

"Gah, white stuff always show's so easily on black, no other color shows up as easily." she said annoyed that she might have just ruined her only outfit. "Good for sneaking and staying warm though" she said thoughtfully.
