New area, new Imperial.

Aedolis has another area now, the Undercity! Yay! Someone go christen that board! Also, for more info about said Undercity, go here. :3

And also, the Pilot Imperial position has been claimed. Everyone, say hello to Xico, whose full name I'm not going to attempt typing. xD

If a psychic was discovered in the Undercity would they be forced to become a candidate?
